This policy covers collegeparkwaterdamagepros.com and the phone line listed on it. The site is call-only. It has no forms, no accounts and no way to submit personal details by typing them into a page.
Calls to Our Line
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call, we may ask for your name, address, phone number and a description of the damage so that we can arrange service. We use that information to respond to your request, to explain scope and price, and to follow up on the work.
Website Information
Like most websites, this one may collect basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and the time of visit through server logs. We use that data to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Fonts and Maps From Other Providers
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows maps from Google Maps. Those providers may receive your browser information when a page loads, under their own privacy policies.
Sharing Information
We share information only as needed to arrange and complete service, such as with the crew assigned to your job. We share it with your insurer only if you ask us to provide documentation for a claim.
Your Choices
You can ask what we hold about your call or request, and you can ask us to correct or delete it, by calling the line or emailing [email protected]. You can also tell us at the start of a call that you prefer not to be recorded, and we will tell you whether we can help another way.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions can go to [email protected] or (301) 936-0619. For the rules on using this site, see the terms of use.
